The Witches Of Mendocino T-Shirt is inspired by the so-called 'witches of mendocino', the name given to a group of Manson followers that included Susan Atkins, Mary Brunner, Patricia Krenwinkel and Ella Jo Bailey who were arrested in the Mendocino County region of California for the illegal possession of marijuana.
Because of the fact that they were in the area, the 'witches' have long been considered suspects in a notorious triple murder that took place in Mendocino during October 1968 and bore many similarities to the Tate/LaBianca killings.
